O Town Customs is an auto repair shop in Winter Park, Florida. It is listed at 7204 Aloma Ave #200, Winter Park, FL 32792, which places it among the local businesses of Winter Park that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
In Winter Park, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Florida vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.
The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 10 am–6 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach O Town Customs at (407) 340-1239; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is otowncustoms.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
On Google it holds a rating of 5.0 out of 5 from 40 reviews, which is a strong result for an auto repair shop in Winter Park and suggests consistent service.
Winter Park is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Winter Park follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Prezzi at O Town Customs is the real deal! He’s worked on both my Porsche 911 and Tesla, and every time, he treats them with serious care and respect—like they’re his own cars. His attention to detail and creativity are next-level. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does. Prezzi is always coming up with innovative ideas and making sure every project stands out. What I really appreciate is how he treats his customers. It’s not just about business for him—it’s personal. He makes you feel like family, always keeping you in the loop and making sure you’re happy with the results. If you’re looking for someone who knows their stuff and truly cares about the quality of their work, O Town Customs is where you want to be. I couldn’t recommend Prezzi and his shop enough! Let me know if you want it even more laid-back or with a bit more focus on the specific work he did on your cars!

I was new to air ride suspension and wanted a reputable shop to do the installation. That’s when a good friend told me do not let anyone other than Prezzi & Otown Customs touch my car. When I met Prezzi I could see his passion and knowledge and I knew my car was in good hands. I came as a customer and I feel that I left as part of the OTC family. Stop your search, this is the shop you need to use! You won’t find better knowledge, craftsmanship, or a better person to do your suspension work!!

I had O Town Customs (OTC) install air suspension on two of my vehicles since I moved to Fl, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I found OTC on the Airlift website listed as an authorized dealer and installer near me back in 2022. At that time, I brought in my '22 Honda Accord. They installed a complete Airlift 3P system. I came back in 2024 to bag a '23 Caddy, and we went with a Prazzis Air Kit with 3P management. In both cases, the installations were absolutely top-notch. The work performed by OTC is incredibly clean and professional. Everything looks OEM+ as if it came straight from the factory. Prezzi, the owner, pays meticulous attention to detail, and his work is truly impressive. The lines are clean. Wire management is clean. All components are neatly tucked away, and the overall finish is flawless, while my trunk is still functional! OTC takes pride in their work. Beyond the quality of the installation, I've been just as impressed with the level of support I receive *after* each install. Prezzi at OTC has always been super responsive and helpful whenever I had questions or needed any adjustments. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend O Town Customs to anyone looking

Prezzi is literally the best and most down to earth guy in the game. He really knows his stuff and takes his time with each build. He will treat your car like it’s his own and not just another vehicle in his shop. Would take any of my future builds to him for any kind of work needed.

He helped me out right in time for a big show, he’s communicative and prompt with letting you know about your vehicles status and he knew exactly what was needed for my vehicle.Keep up the great work sir!!
